All digital credits, membership packages, and media extraction processing requests purchased or initiated on our website are fulfilled and delivered electronically and instantly upon successful payment confirmation.

• Account Credits: Immediately credited to your verified user profile ledger upon successful payment gateway webhook callback.
• Media Downloads: Delivered directly to your web browser or device storage via temporary signed high-speed download streams.

3. Delivery Timeline & Service Delays

Under standard operating conditions, service fulfillment latency is less than 5 seconds. In the event of temporary third-party API rate limitations, upstream network congestions, or banking server delays:

• If credits are not reflected within 5 minutes of a successful charge, please refresh your session or logout and re-login.
• If the credit balance remains un-updated, email our fulfillment team at support@instadownloader.shop with your Transaction ID / Payment reference.

4. Shipping Charges

Since all deliverables are strictly electronic and digital, no physical shipping, handling, or courier charges are applied to any order.
